Gonna be another hot one
I went for a run this morning in the park.
It was approaching 80F (27C) and muggy. And it was only 7:30am!
There was an older gentleman I passed along the way and he cheered me on. Then when I circled back, he cheered me on again and gave me a hi-5. Yay for nice, funny old men! \o/
I've registered for the Independence Day 5K Run/Fun Walk on July 4. The race starts at 7am. If it is as hot as it was this morning, it will be worth getting up early for.
