Another opportunity has passed.
You let your chance go... Again.
You had him close.
Right there in your arms.
Lips almost touched
But you chickened out.
You walked away.
Not looking back.
But inside you're torn.
You want him back.
As you turn the corner
You realized
He wasn't pulling away.
You have to meet him halfway.
You ran back.
Your life depends on it.
He's your life, after all.
Praying that when you get there
He's still waiting for you to come home.
