Bay Con
So, despite my best efforts to push it along, the mead that was slated to be ready for Con, is still too sweet. It has a Potential Alcohol of 5% left. I usually shoot for 2% left. Therefore, sadly, there will be no Meadeley Mere on draft this Con. Tune in to the next event for further information. Hopefully it will be ready for the NCEFG.
