We just got word that the seller accepted our offer and assuming everything goes smoothly, we should be settling on our new place around December 20th.
I fell in love with the place at first sight, although Batgirl thinks it has a few drawbacks. It's got a fireplace, a nice front porch, a back porch off the bedroom, high ceilings and a spiral staircase which leads up to a loft.
Now we just need to find a buyer for our old place.
