so ever since i got virgin cable i have had problem after problem with my bill (it should be '2for £20' - sounds simple yeh?) but each month they manage to try to charge me £80 or more so i call and they refund and they never fix it it's ongoing one problem after another. to boot it all they don't have the sky tv channels because they are refusing to pay sky what sky are asking - who loses? the customer. no discount.nothing. every time i call it takes around 50 mins before anyone answers they are the worst company i have ever had expirience with nevermind.
so i have to continue to pay they £20 a month because it works out £40 cheaper than it would cost to cancel (£180).and tnhen on top ofthat i'mgetting sky becausesky are fabandth
