its another world
many great things happened in japan. had a great time. met some girls from rugby at the hostel in kyoto (rugby is a v small town)... did karaoke in kyoto and broke the marakas. the japanese people are wonderful. i had a macdonalds and on the way out all the staff behind the counter waved and smiled (it was a bit trippy because everyone was just too nice!). went to hiroshima. there is just too much to update. hiroshima was sad but the island was beutiful. i guess to really understand japan you have to visit there yourself.
here are a few videos because i do believe that although a picture says a thousand words a video conveys much much more.

started in tokyo. here is the fish market.

took the bus to mount fuji

took the bus out of mount fuji to mishma station (here is waitin for the bus) the music is the pedestrian crossing
caught the bullet train to kyoto where met many people including british girls from rugby and simon who i travelled onto hiroshima with

in kyoto we did kareoke and visited many temples.
(this is a group of us in the shabba shabba place where you cook slices of meat at the table and drink and eat all you want for 3100 yen which is £15, simon from sydney is in reddish tshirt and shaun from canada is to my left. simon has kareoke videos and fotos.
robert and i travelled out of kyoto to the monky place
this is me feeding the monkeys one reached in and stole a whole bag of bananas from me. naughty monkey.

jr pass will not let you travel on the fastest train. i did not get jr pass at it was a next day decision to go to japan. i found that these passes would not really have saved me any money at all so no loss. simon did have jr so we we changed in osaka to get to hiroshima where we spent 2 night (one day).
hiroshima was moving and i have photos see photos link at bottom of this post.
this was the island in hiroshima. simon went to the baseball game later then us and some lads from the hostel went into the city to an irish bar where simon got slapped (in a friendly way!) by a drunk japanese guy nevermind.

i took the bullet train all the way back to tokyo. i was goin got go with a girl from finland but ended up leaving her in favour of the faster train.
tokyo is aweseom. here is a clip. i think this is shinjuku.
