2) 17-yo MC minature schnauzer originally presented for purulent nasal discharge, subsequently diagnosed with multiple tooth root abscesses and oral-nasal fistula. Extracted all remaining teeth and initiated systemic antibiotics.
3) 6-yo FS DSH originally presented for incontinence and straining in the litterbox, subsequently diagnosed with diabetes mellitus and UTI. Treated with Lantus and Clavamox.
4) 7-yo MC Rottweiler originally presented for acute lameness, subsequently diagnosed with osteosarcoma. Owners on the fence whether to amputate. Initiated treatment with Rimadyl.
