Its time for a debate... Freedom of speech is the topic. Do you think we should have complete feedom of speech or should we be restricted? If we are restricted part od our freedom of speech we will not be able to express our opinions the way we want to. We are controlled by the government. We rebel out of anger. If we have complete freedom of speech we express our opinions and cause controversy, uproar and division amongst each other. We start to form seprate groups with different opinions on what is good for ourselves. Sometimes chaos is created with small comments. People rebel against one another in disagreement. The government "loses" control of the people, but was it evere really lost? Democracy is the opposite of a dictatorship because instead of the government controlling its people in a democracy the people control the government. Was control ever lost if we already had control over our government? Is their a balance between complete and restricted freedom of speech? I don't think there is. If you try to say your opinion without being offensive you will still cause controversy. Why? Because we are all different people in the world and no matter what we will all have opinions. There will be a for and against in all situations. People will voice there opinion and speak out against another. But is it right to do this? Is it fair to judge another by their opinion? Will we ever have a balance in our world for opinion? Should we be the ones deciding right and wrong? Will we ever be able to hold our breath and keep our opinions to ourselves? Who won this debate? Or is their a winner?
