We went to Mitchell Canyon and the gf was super sharp at spotting the wildlife. The masterstroke was locating a hummingbird nest. This thing is only like 4 cm across.
Also, there were a bunch of these there. Turns out this is a Western Bluebird, pausing on its migration between Canada and Mexico.
It was a REALLY wonderful nice day out. (We also had some exceptional sex today.)
