Occurances
My main blog site seems to have died temporarily, just as I had lots of political stuff I wanted to comment on to the world. Pah. How will the world cope without the ability to read my pontifications.
Still chugging along through orientation at work - due to actually do some finance sometime later this month. Have had a very interesting few weeks though, learning lots about the health service and been in an ambulance! Have just spent a day and a bit with the chaplain at Darlington Memorial Hospital which was very inspiring - and a very challenging job by the sound of it. Went to the RC Mass in the hospital chapel which was a first (despite me having a quite ecumenical outlook) although didn't Communicate for the obvious reason of not being a Catholic.
Didn't win the Elm Tree pub quiz last night or the beer round. :(
