Market, like many other things in the world, is a matter of perception. You’d think intelligent people including world-known economists and journalists would recognize that and stop yapping about the depth of the economic atrocities in this country. Ending with the dreadful forecasts, which they indisputably pull out of their asses, might help as well. Until this insanity stops, Joe the plumber, Max the programmer and Dan the accountant will be scared shitless, and it’s this mass hysteria that continues to worsen the markets, and consequently, the economy. All this talk made sense before the election and now it’s beyond superfluous, it’s so overblown that we might need another word for “depression.”
