Still night.
It is the most still night I have ever experienced. Outside, the palm trees are bent over, silent in the night sky. The moon hangs low in the west. There is not a breeze to be felt. The air is warm and stuffy. Its summer. Its January. Its Queensland. Its Australia. And its 2010!
