I changed my profile bio. Though it may be as crud as the one before it, it's new and I like it for now. Until I can get someone who knows me well enough to volunteer to write a better one for me. ;)
The last three day's have consisted of little study and me pulling apart sections of my room. Papers, letter's, papers, letters, junk, trash, junk, keepsakes, junk, keepsakes, just-can't-throw-them-aways-yet, more trash. You've got the idea.
But I am thrilled to say my room is like a breath of fresh air to me. I love being in it now, when as before I just put up with it. There is so much more room thanks to the two LARGE bags of rubbish to the thrown out and the five or so smaller (but not by much) bags of clothes and shoes to be either tossed or sent packing to the op shop where either Bene or Danielle will salvage them and will keep them for another 50yrs. :p Joking girls. [Believe me, my trash deserves where it's headed. :D].
Oh and the room that is to be had. Simply delightful. (Oi DJ, there is now room (I'm pretty sure) for you to come and camp here. Now does that make you happy or what?! :p]
Today I just enjoyed the fruits of my labour and didn't get up till 10. Us girls had breakfast together in the room (courtesy of my beautiful sister) so we sat around chomping brunch, browsing the internet, listening to music, reading, and chatting occasionally as we felt like it.
I then organized the rest of the house as Mum was out at an all day meeting and then took to working on my tan. A tough task at my place (those who know will understand :p). The few uninterrupted minutes of blissful rays I caught were enough to get a nice little tan started, so who's complaining?!!
Oh I almost forgot. Going through my wardrobe yesterday, way at the back I found these old 90's jackets which Mum had put there years ago. Ruth tried them on and we both immediately liked the effect and took some happy snaps. Thought I'd share them. :D
The hairdo was on purpose as well. :D
While cleaning my room I found a long, lost, discarded handbag of mine and found proof of what a movie buff I am: Over a dozen used movie tickets were inside plus a random pair of broken sunnies.
Another thing. Does it seem strange to you that when I read each movie that was showing I also remembered the time and place and the events surrounding that particular film showing. lol Like this film, Mr Beans Holiday, we went with Danielle and Ashleigh for a movie and dinner date for Ash's birthday. Good times.
Most of the text on the ticket was faded but I found one that wasn't. :D Don't ask me why I took a pic of this. :p
Also proof of my movie trips is the tube of sugar served with caffe lattes owing to late night after-movie cafe trips. :D
