Wonderful day
Well then, since the "yeahs" have it on sappiness...
I had the most wonderful day in New York City with Katie today. Sabin School lent his general excellence to it when he joined us for lunch, and the Natural History Museum was an excellent locale (even despite some troubling remarks exchanged about some of the exhibits--I'd seriously recommend it to anybody in the area as place to go on a date), mostly I was happy to talk over with her and, I think, make progress on some of the things that had been troubling me. And by the end of the day--or rather, once when we first met in Grand Central Station, periodically throughout the day, and finally again and for a prolonged time at the end of the day, again at Grand Central--I was completely blown away by Katie herself. So much sunlight shoved away the shadows of my doubts.
