Ennumerated thoughts, then some pointless fretting
Second thoughts: maybe trying to exhaustively go through all theories of knowledge/truth before going forward is not a good idea.
Third thoughts: On the other hand, maybe it is.
Although I think it might be a symptom of weakness, I'm going to explicitly put a link to this -ive-ournal on my profile now, rather than leaving an ambiguous link to an "Ode to Greg." All the things this blog would be good for are only possible if other people read it.
I'm worried, though, that I might just be rationalizing some base urge to...do whatever it is that makes blogging so popular, but so disgusting. But if I wanted to stop myself from that, the best strategy would be to get rid of the journal, not have the journal and not tell anybody.
I am so tempted to speak in terms of telos and function here--to say that a blog's purpose is to be read by as many people as possible--but after making such a big stink about it earlier, I feel as though I have to keep the language pure of that intuitive coloring.
