Spent the weekend with wonderful company: the unlikely pair of secretspice and Nathaniel. Adventures include: Brooklyn--which is much easier to get into than out of--and an epic meal of bruschetta, marinated portobello mushrooms, and avocado. Now I'm exhausted, and tomorrow is Monday. First couple of days of evenings week will be dominated this week by another friend who's just-in-town-for-a-bit. First major deadline for work is Friday.
Life is so full lately. I wonder when will be the next time I'll be able to do the kind of solitary reflection that lets me feel in control of my life, but I don't see it. What a thrill!
