Hi Paul,

I ordered a copy of Kali Yuga through Dymocks Adelaide, to drive up your 'international market' :), and was informed that the distributor, Scribo, was going under at the end of the month due to loss of retail market but that they would attempt to get the book in.

I mention this to you in case you were unaware of the change or could lean on your publisher to switch distributors earlier. I also made the last stand of the truly impotent and put up a thoughtful Facebook post on how organic locavores couldn't buy books overseas and be logically consistent. I would have put a bumper sticker on my car but I have a small car and the bumper sticker would be large and full of words like 'Fuck', which might get me arrested. (Nick Falkner on FB, Adelaide, if you're a FB person and wanted to connect. If you're not, don't get involved. You can see everything but do nothing - omnimpotency.)

Good to hear that you're holding/slightly improving. Best of luck for continued good news!

Hi Nick,

Thanks for ordering a copy. As fate would have it, I found out about Scribo at my Dymocks launch! Fate, I think, is doing its best to personally jeopardise my success as a massive, best-selling, worldwide, short story horror writer.

Thanks,

Paul

I should note that I was, however, able to pick up a copy of Macabre, which I wasn't expecting to do.
