Hiya guys!!!
Hrm... Been a funny and busy year so far... Good news is, nothing really bad has occurred these past few months other then Boss passing away and the fact that my very good friend and neighbour has been pushed out of his house by my other neighbour for no other reason then he takes to good care of the house he is renting making it an easy sale for the guy.. Now him and his wife, with whom I have grown very friendly with now need to leave the house they love and move to an apartment of even a basement.... They love that place... In the Summer they are always outside waving to people, drinking beers, hosting BBQs, etc... I have made them apart of my new life with my new house.. we do dinners, movies, and of course... DRINK together almost every weekend now... I am not sure what I am going to do with myself with them not around.... They kept me away from video games, from the TV.... From almost everything that I did not want to get back into.... With the house comes a lot of work.... Also, with the house comes a lot of pets! So even with all this extra time on my hands (living 5mins from work) I find myself with little time to waste... and that time I do have I spend with the neighbours... interacting with real people... With them gone I fear what I will get myself into LOL!!! The only good news on this is they are moving very, very close so we will still be able to do our thing.... Just not as easily as walking 1 door over.
With their move I was able to get some much needed stuff for me house! It has been a year on Feb 28th and I still did not have a dinning room table... The one I want is over 3 grand and there is no way I can do that right now! Bloody houses cost a lot of $$$ to keep standing! Who knew! HAHA! My new nemesis is HYDRO! This evil thing is my bane... 600.00 by-monthly bills for the rats being heated in the garage and the snakes.. and the fish... and the scorpion.. and the.... well, you get the idea! LOL (*BLINKS* do you all miss my ramblings and topic-jumping when I post? LOL) Anyway - back to the stupid table.. It has been a year and still no table... Been a bitch some times as I have been getting a little "hosting crazy" and enjoyed the company of many friends.... But God forbid we need to eat! So when John (the neighbour) said he needs to move he gave me first dibs on his stuff. I got the table, a fireplace with a bar, and an amazing patio set.... LOVE this patio set! Even came with a bar *Grins* here are some over-sized pictures....
Moving to the topic of pets, I think I have finely sorted them all out! With the passing of Boss, I was in a car with my friends and at the pet store within 10 mins of his passing, picking up another sick Boa who needed my care and who was also 2x the size of Boss... I fell in love with this poor thing and took him home... After a month of daily care he finely ate for me!!! WOOT!! He is still not out of the woods just yet, but he is doing a lot better! Bosset is 100% - She will not stop eating and growing! The baby Boa is also eating like a champ and the ball python is perfect as well. So the snakes are good! The rats are also finely getting into making me food for the snakes.. I think I have 80 baby rats right now in the garage after 7 months of FAIL! So the pats are great :)

Think that is aboot all! Looking forward to the Summer and getting some fresh air and hanging with friends... but till then I'll just keep going and doing my thing :)
