I think it is time to retire this Livejournal. So this will be the last entry until at least next year. I am going to be keeping a real journal for the summer... pen and paper... you know. This summer will be less about running around and more about sharpening myself. I plan to make this a physical and mental process. I plan on eating healthier and exercising daily (if possible), I plan on reading, I plan on writing and creating and growing, and most of all I plan on searching. So I will leave a message for each person who has touched me this year:
Keith Culver- You are an awesome roomate, and you will be an awesome roomate next year too. Not to mention you are devilishly handsome. I hope you and I can work on some video projects together next year.
Kurt Lane- You are the best RA on the planet. I am glad we hung out more second semester and got to be closer. Thank you for not giving me a DR for breaking rules (airsoft, hahaha) and for passing us on our room checks even when our room was trashed.
Eric Church- You bring out my energy, and you are always nice. Those are two rare qualities my friend. I am glad to see you doing things you enjoy. I am sure your kindness will help you get far. By the way, you aren't REALLY mentally challenged, hahaha.
Joe Gordon- You are buff. I envy your muscles. I also envy you as a mature student and person. I might also add that your constant bass guitar boogie-ing was pretty cool.
Erika Brewer- Coolest co-worker ever! Your hugs really are theraputic (Spelled correctly?). I am glad to see you with a great guy like CJ because you deserve to be treated well. I am sorry we didn't get to spend more time together, but I certainly do hope to stay in touch.
Justin Merick- I hope you enjoyed several hours of sitting in our room playing our videogames EVERY DAY! Thanks for dropping in to say "Hey buddy!" even if no one else was really around.
JoBeth Broyles and Ashley McQuiston- Two for one! It figures I would send a message to both of you at the same time because you two are practically attached at the hip. You girls have been so nice to me, and that makes a whole world of difference.
Tanya Rae Conard- I am glad I have gotten to hang out with you on my trips home. You really are such a sweet and pretty girl. It is my hope for you that you find a nice guy who treats you like a queen. I know you have a tough home life, but I know you are strong enough to pull through. Just remember I am there if you ever need a hug or just someone to talk to. I am sad you won't be around for a lot of the summer, but I hope to spend as much time with you as possible until you leave.
Lauren Wildeboer- Our friendship has been primarily long distance. I am so glad to have gotten a chance to catch up with you. I know things have been hard for you, and for that I am sorry. I am excited that you have gotten a chance to go to school at Monteclaire because I know you had beeing hoping for it. I hope your time there helps you find what you are looking for. In the mean time, I hope we can get a chance to hang out and share a few good laughs. I know we come from completely different backgrounds, but I can't help but feel like we have a lot more in common than most people would expect. I think you are pretty rad, even if you are a bit scene. ;)
Josh McClellan- I'm sorry for not keeping in touch. That is my fault. I hope this summer that we can make up for lost time. I am looking foreward to your graduation. My parents and I both love you and are proud to see you doing so well. College is a totally different experience from Highschool, and it is an experience I think you will truly gain a lot from. I hope that your time at Western gives you the opportunity to let your ideas ferment and materialize into something. You always had a good sense of humor, as well as some swell ideas. I think it turn out well for you to get some of those ideas on film.
Chad and Justin Mosteller- I owe you BIG TIME.
Meagan Wilgus- Because of who you are, I cannot help but want to protect you. I care for you deeply, and for me to ever see you hurt would be almost unbearable. I hope someday I can explain to you exactly why. I know you love music. The real reason I make CD's of music I think you would like is because I want to instill in you the same sense of beauty that you instill in me. Above all else, I want you to be happy. I truly do feel blessed having met you, and I hope that time will allow us to be even closer.
That is all everyone. See you next year.
