Things I have learned this year:
1) I am capable of making a completely new circle of friends in a new city in a new state.
2) I procrastinate too much.
3) I have been taking school for granted.
4) There is always a way out.
5) Some people cannot escape the past, no matter how hard they try.
6) I'm not all that bad at Texas Hold'em.
7) What sincere affection for someone feels like.
