Stage Building.

So today we (my Dad, my uncle, my friend Blake and I) all begin constructing the stage for the pajama party. Before getting started though, I had to clear some brush, haul some thick ass pieces of wood as well as five 80 lb. bags of concrete (no biggie though considering the size of my fully loaded "guns") and then be Johnny on the spot when the time came for me to do whatever else needed to be done. We worked long and hard from 11 am - 5 pm. But don't get me wrong here. Even as the ice from the trees melted and cold water drops fell on my head, it was well worth it. Even when i'd feel like it was time for a break the thoughts of this party, the look on all my friends' faces and the fact that I was working alongside some truely great fellas. It was those thoughts like that, that kept me going strong throughout the day. And best part about it we're already halfway done. The hard part is already over and all we really have to do now is set the center beams and then tack on the ply wood. However I am sore as fuck right now.

Later on...
in the evening Blake came back by after he got off work. He brought a pizza too. Which was nice cause I didn't eat much dinner tonight, just a bowl of stew. So I was pretty hungry. We sat in the Magic bus while we ate and listened to a DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince record I had. While eating, we discussed and plotted out how everything would be laid out for the party. I still need to set times for the schedule of events though.

I also tweaked the flyer some, so now people will know the address of this shindig. - Thanks Sara!

Let me know if that works, 'aight - Bedtime!
