Laundrette DRAMA!!!
Doing the finishing touches to my lounge......
Took the curtains down for the first time to do the windows & and treated them to a day out at the laundrette!
Well it has been around 5 years+ living here so they were a bit grubby!!
Anyway spent about £20 on machines & dryers. Had to wash them twice!
When I finished they looked brand new, smelt lovely.....
Got home hung em up...FUCK ME.....there a foot and a half shorter!!!
Both windows!!!!..Seriously I can wave to the neighbours when the fookers are shut....
I didn't know curtains shrunk!!
Every time I walk into my lounge it reminds me of those weird people that buy trousers that are too short. You know what I mean the trousers that stop just before the socks!
The cat likes it though, it can now sit on top of couch and look out the window regardless if the curtains are open or closed.
Too top it all I gave the laundrette all my work shirts(12 in total) to be ironed.(I know but I HATE ironing)
Anyway went to pick em up and thev GONE!
The old lady got mine mixed up and gave them to the local councillor, his shirts are still there!
To top it all his shirts are XXL. Honestly!!
