i <3 ny
Seeing those t-shirts on the street never gets old. I find myself wondering why it is that everybody <3's NY, but come on. Just look around. It's polluted, high-tech, westernized, sexual, diverse, dirty, organized and chaotic. It's everything, so who can find someone that doesn't like at least one aspect about it?
I made my wife breakfast this morning. I took the time to prepare it and everything, with the eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruit, juice, and waffles placed perfectly around two plates. And of course, with the coffee, two spoons of sugar and three of french vanilla cream...just the way she likes it. I get excited about being a husband, like it's an entirely new experience or one that will fade away soon, when deep down I know it's just a perpetually enjoyable experience. I take it slow, and fast at the same time. No connotation, I promise.
Thank you to _jlconnelly and livvie_tyler for being great company at dinner. Jen, congratulations for spilling the water. Next time I'm getting you a bib.
And of course, at least once I have to beg for comments somehow. What's a favorite memory of yours that we share? I promise I'll comment back with mine, as I always do.
