I know politicians etc live in the past but has no one informed them that it takes around 5 seconds to create a new email address? They aren't even like bloody mobile phone numbers (and I have a box of 50 sim cards at home so they aren't exactly indisposable).
If the best idea that the police can come up with to stop all these evil sex offenders is this, then I really worry about how they'll solve a murder enquiry or something. All murderers will be required to apply in writing beforehand?
