So I have a new job, or at least I will have soon.
I had an interview last Thursday for a job with Western Cheshire Primary Care Trust as a Public Health Analyst. Before the interview I was a little unsure about the whole thing, but I am glad I went along, I felt the interview went really well and the next morning I was offered the job.
I haven't handed my notice in yet, I am just waiting for the paper work to all come through but hopefully by my birthday I will be in the new job. Sure iti s a little bit of travelling but the bottom of the pay scale is £3k more than I am on now (and nearly more than I could progress to if I stayed) so I think in the long run it is a good thing.
Consequently at work I am having fun being awkward with requests coming in and not doing a great deal of work.
