#38 Now that I'm a bit rested..

Apr 09, 2010 03:43

..and no, not in terms of sleep (for it is already past 3 am here and I've been awake for at least 22 hours already).

I suppose I could tell the teeny-weeny details of my sort-of happy day yesterday? To make things a bit easier, I'm gonna use numbers.

1. Parasitology Finals.

I'm not happy because of the exam itself, but rather, the experience of taking the said exam. The almost-sleepless night before the exam, the jitters I felt before it, the panic I felt when the "no erasures" rule was implemented and I knew that I forgot to bring my pencil case (I'm known to be this very OC person, so yeah) and the relief I felt after finishing it. Oh, a rollercoaster ride of emotions indeed.

And, what's funny is while I was going through the questions, there was this one song that was continuously playing in my head. For my friends irl, I know it has become my newest "word vomit" and you guys might be sick and tired of it already, but yeah. I was practically singing 'Bingeul, Bingeul' in my head the whole time. I think I'm a U-Kiss convert now, all thanks to the "All About You" segment in Pops in Seoul. And to that very cute charmer known as Kevin Woo ♥.

*look, a new userpic!*

And, speaking of the night before the exam, despite of me being stuck in a certain topic for the second exam, I still found the time to go down and watch Pops in Seoul at exactly 10.30pm just to watch Kevin, Alexander and Eli go crazy in front of the camera. They were so funny, and I looked stupid because I was grinning from ear to ear while watching them making fools out of themselves.

And Alexander was wearing this big, red bow in last night's show.

Crazy, I know.

2. Hanging out with friends

After the said exam, James, Leslie and I decided to just take things slowly and chill. After all, the exam almost ended during the lunch period, so we were starving! After spending almost an hour deciding on where to eat, we ended up at Karate Kid. Yet again, sheesh. After which, upon Leslie's instigation, we decided to chill out some more at Timezone, singing our hearts out (well, in Leslie and my case). It's time for my beloved karaoke sessions! To cut the story short, we screamed a lot, and gained high scores for screaming. We're good screamers, err, singers I mean =)

We decided to head home, so James went home already then Leslie and I decided to do some grocery shopping for their family trip this coming weekend. Food, food, food! Unfortunately, we were not able to see live shrimps in the wet market part. I am a curious kid and shrimps never fail to fascinate me. Anyway, after walking a LOT, we decided to go home (for real). So, again, we walked.

And now, my left and right gastrocnemius muscles are suffering from this major pain that I've never, ever experienced in my entire life. I am on the verge of tears, seriously.

And, speaking of my (slowly becoming shallow) tears..

3. Tadaima~!

You see, I underwent this sort of "semi-hiatus" for the Para finals. So that I could focus a bit more on the issue at hand, I decided to not use my laptop until the exam was over. It started on Monday and lasted until, well, a few hours ago. In a span of a few days, a lot has already happened in my different fandoms. Arashi being declared as the Face of Japan (or something near that), the release of JiYong's 'Shine A Light' Album DVD, the latest Pops in Seoul - All About You segment featuring Kevin, Alexander and Eli being epic.. I was overwhelmed by the amount that I had to catch up with!

Or, probably because I had a glimpse of what I would become the moment that the next academic year begins. I'd be having longer hiatuses, and most likely a mountain-like pile of updates will bury me six feet under the ground (lol). But, yeah. I seriously have to shape up for next year, or else I'll regret it for the rest of my life, knowing that I had it in me to excel but due to wrong prioritization.. Oh no no no, Pau. Shape up. You could do this.

Anyway, enough of the heavy talk! Tadaima~! I'm back to fangirling! And, hello internet! :D

4. Fire (rekindle it). Try to follow me.

I know. I'm not making any sense here. And I'm not even trying to make sense. Heck, just consider this as a *bonus* item. After all, I still cannot find the courage in me to speak out (or, in this case, type out) the things that I really want to say regarding this issue.

Wow. The muscle pain is a bit lessening. After all, blogging is therapeutic. LOL xD

In a few days' time, I'll be experiencing a new environment in a new place. It's not really a permanent move or something, just a change of scenery. A change of environment. I'm pretty excited already.

Speaking of changes.. Yeah, word vomit once again. For some reason, this song really tugs at my hearstrings. And, Kevin Woo, seriously, you're too cute for your own good. You're making me like you more, gosh. And I still can't get over the fact that I'm just 5 months older than you. Rawr.

I am a sucker for cute guys who have good, clear voices. And yes, I'll be seeing/stalking more of you and your band soon =)

Gosh, I miss Toma so much. The Hanamizuki poster looks mighty fine.. And the man looked really really good there. Lucky Gakky.

Okay, I'm a bit sleepy now. Exhaustion from the endless walks and talks of yesterday is finally sinking in.

Ciao! ♥♥

toma love, big bang love, arashi owns my soul soul, kiss me u-kiss, life
