Oh my God - I am so very excited. I booked a ticket to NYC!! I get to go visit Geoff in about 3 weeks. I am so spoiled I know - this will be my third visit to the Big Apple. This is all thanks to Jeannette who took over kid-watching duty from my brother who dissed me (well, ultimately Kevin I guess) to go to the States. Yes, skankasorus is going to be responsible for my child for a full fun-packed week. Teehee, I am sure they will have a blast and get into all sorts of trouble! THANKS TART!!!! I owe you big time!
To top off my spoiledness I get to go to Toronto for a conference which means I get to see Jensenne. Well, this is an assumption because there is only one night I am free and I am hoping she is free too. (Hey Jroc, I sent you an e-mail!).
To make things really seem like I am the biggest brat in the world I might get to see My Morning Jacket play in NY!!! This would be so awesome - if anyone of you have heard their live cd you know what I mean!
In the meantime I will knit. I am anxiously waiting for some "Silk Garden" yarn by Noro (Japanese yarn company) I ordered so I can knit this:
