Squirrel Pot pie anyone?
Wow, I borrowed a book of pie recipes from the library and look what I found!

Hahahaha - that's so funny. Anyway, I am not giving up on the book yet because it has tons of other yummy recipes but still this is a bit extreme, no?
Last night I was soooo tired. I made a humongo batch of spaghetti sauce. Instead of using ground beef I took some spicy Italian sausages, ditched their casings and crumbled the meat. Yummy....adds a definite kick to the sauce. For anyone who is tired of the typical "Bolognese" sauce.
I signed up for the word of the day at Merriam Webster. Today's word is 'amalgamate". Go to their website:

Last night I continued with one of my UFOs (in knitting speak that means unfinished object). I am excited because it is almost finished! I will take a pic of it before it's done. And then an after shot too. Fuhuunnnn...The only frustrating thing is that it is EXTREMELY difficult to find a 4" zipper in this city. Is it really necessary to have to go online to buy this?? If anyone knows where to get one please let me know.
