I have arrived!
This was by far one of the longest and most irritating flights I've ever taken. My brother and I had two 4ish year olds kicking and hitting the back of our chairs for almost the entire flight. Although on the brightish side I was able to watch Milk, Inkheart, Madagascar 2, and Taken AND read one book and a half instead of getting any sleep. Once we landed we were boarded by Chinese government officials to check for the swine flu, which turned out to be more of a photo-op for everyone than anything else(photos will be added later when im not lazy). Once you get off the plane since last year they added a second set of lines to go through to recheck that they signed your medical bill of health for no swinage. With that plus the temperature check before getting off the plane it added about an extra two hours to the trip. Luckily the rest of the evening was spent with Jeff and Mae plus the folks at the Boxing Cat drinking beers and eating good foodage while listening to ridiculous stories. Now its beddy time for me but I thought Id just throw out a bit more in depth update on my happenings. Tomorrow Colin and I have the day off and I think Jeff and ourselves will run around town causing havok and merriment.
