Balls Go Metro
"HEY MA!!!!! GET OFF THE DANG ROOF!!!!"
I haven't posted anything interesting in a while. The band I'm in is playing at the Metro tonight. Not the most ideal gig, but I don't remember my last gig, so it's about time. It's the old Boneparts pub. It's been metrofied.
We started recording on the weekend. We got 5 drum tracks and maybe a couple of bass keepers, but some will have to be re-done. Ernie has left for like a million months, so this recording is probably going to be a long and frustrating process.
If it was up to me, we'd be doing everything over a couple of day, instead of stopping and starting over a couple of months, but obviously the requires 4 people with 100% commitment. I don't see that happening.
*Warning* emo moment- Dunno what it is, but I'm feeling generally better about stuff lately. It's been a while. Thats all I'll say.
Oh, if anyone wants to come. We're on at 8. Thats like... in 90 mins. HA!
