It was always so much fun to celebrate your birthday, and it wasn't just your fun reactions to the things I planned. It was having the opportunity to celebrate that you came into the world. Without your birthday I would never have met you or had the opportunity to learn all the things you taught me through your words, actions, and approach to life. I would never have had such a friendship, a friendship such as most people never get to experience.
