(no subject)
As of around noon today I have something I never even dreamed of having: my lower teeth, for all intents and purposes, is a beautiful row of straight, white teeth. It really is pretty!
Don't get me wrong. I had good dental care when I was growing up. But the previously mentioned application of some chemical that was supposed to improve my teeths ability to fend off cavities left them very yellowy, and my bottom teeth have always been crowded. They weren't horrific, but the little overlaps and some crookedness here and there definitely lacked aesthetic appeal. I know that for many decades now most people who had/have braces have them for aesthetic reasons, so I did ask my mom if they were ever suggested for me. We never had much money, so I figured if they were suggested the idea had to be dropped due to the crazy cost of it. But he says no dentist ever mentioned it at all. That's so weird!
Anyway, it makes me even more anxious to get the rest of it all done!
