Godsmacked!
The web is a big place. So where to start when one "discovers" something of interest.....I am starting here as fate will have it. That being said, good god! What a musically talented individual, Rob Pattinson!!!!! When I heard the song in Twilight, it gave me a rush because it reminded me of Nick Drake, who struck a cord in me last year that has no words. I only found out yesterday through this avenue and that, that it was Pattinson. I'll borrow the unamerican term that I was godsmacked! LOL Doing a little research, heard some live performances of his and some produced tunes. Bought the upcoming How To Be soundtrack. A huge fan of the blues, his tones reminded me of a male Nina Simone. Is that too weird? LOL
Anyway, the universe willing, we will hear more of his music as time marches on.
