Emails from work
For anyone needing a break from the hustle and bustle of deadlines and in
need of a creative outlet, join me tomorrow morning for a collaborative "art
project."
I will be experimenting with different media to recreate an oil spill for
the First Year Book poster.
I'll have some materials on hand already to play with (india ink, dirt,
eggs), but I encourage you to look around for other stuff that might be
cool, too. Oil spills are generally black, brown and greenish, with a nasty
looking sheen.
When: Thursday at 11 am
Where: probably by the loading dock of Turner Hall
Let me know if you'd be interested. Partly this is a plea for help (I admit
it), but partly also a chance to get outside and play with art stuff. It'll
be fun!

Good Luck! I will be driving the 8 hours to lake placid so I wont be able to help. Please dont hurt any ducks or seals in your exxon valdez recreation.
[use just the whites of the eggs with the ink]

I'll only help if we get to eat the creations once we are done:)

Can we throw a watermelon out of the 3rd floor window?
If so, I am in.

Maybe throw in a few drops of iridescent fingernail polish in rainbow colors for that "freshly polluted" look.
I'll help if TERP goes away today.
