First of all, I must applaud your taste over Galaxy Quest. That movie is sheer brilliance.

Unless it's "you'd better see a Doctor about that rash," I say no. Shooting the messenger is probably the *best* outcome there. Best you can do is say "Y'know, why don't you talk to X about Y? Seriously."

I've got to agree. I've never given advice to a couple that didn't come back and bite me in the arse. Shoot the messenger is that default setting and it can only go downhill.

Amazingly, this is based on experience with talking to people in relationship as I'm always giving advice to people in relationships - despite my inability to actually manage to have a normal relationship!

Yeah, I already kinda came to the same conclusion meself. Think I shall sit back and just enjoy the vicarious shenanigans whilst tuning out the angsty bits..
Totally hear you re d.r.a.m.a , I'm frickin' bored of my own, let alone other people's. I thought I'd be relieved about the flat not selling yet, but now i just want out and to get on with whatever happens next. Grrr....

Would this not be a great chance for you to fuck them both and then tell each what the other had done - thus ruining their relationship? That's what I'd do.
