More on the Austin Plane vs IRS news...
Today as I was coming home, the traffic just STOPPED on 183 N, and several huge firetrucks roared by. While I was stopped I realized that the whole ramp on my side of the road was filled with those TV Satellite trucks. Looked Left, and -- Whoa! That charred thing on the left (S) side must be where the plane crashed. It looks much like the M. Building in Oklahoma City, except that it was one of those black glass buildings, and so everything is either black & charred or the wood from the framing is showing.
I was surprised at the lack of paper scattered around. All the pictures of Oklahoma City had papers flying everywhere -- there was almost none to speak of here.
I had my camera with me, but couldn't pay attention to the road and take pictures, too, so -- maybe tomorrow.
