I am looking for someone to write an application to automate the grading and analysis of our ACT dignaostic test. Below are the requirements which I will post online by COB 11/30. We already have the SAT diagnostic which will need to be used as a template. I can send the SAT diagnostic and required reports for qualified applicants to review. This needs to happen quickly so if you know any body please forward it to them ASAP.
Application requirements include:
- Ability to create an electronic scoring sheet on which we will manually select radio buttons to reflect what the student selected on a paper bubble sheet
- Analysis of test score to yield at least 35 different metrics
- Displaying those metrics in a graphical format<
- Create at least 3 reports that can be analyzed online or printed<
Requirements: Current, expert level knowledge of Visual Basic and Excel 2007. Must have 3 years experience with projects of similar scale. Must work independently, create a statement of work and estimate before beginning.
Location: Peachtree City, GA (virtual is acceptable, with weekly in-person reports)
