I'm working on a book to help families create personal emergency plans for themselves. The brochures and things we get from the Red Cross and such have great info, but families need to know how to use that info to make a plan that works for them.
One of the first worksheets is a risk assessment grid. It helps you determine what things need a plan first -- in other words, how to prioritize working on emergency plans.
I've created it based on the way we did risk assessments at work, and tried to translate it into "civilian" terms. The readability score is at about 6th or 7th grade, which is what these kind of workbooks are aimed at.
If you're interested, let me know, and I'll send you a copy. Please try using it and send me back comments, etc. Be tough on me!
