I've hardly ever worn black at funerals in the last 20 years. Once, someone asked me to wear a specific dress to his funeral because it was his favorite. (a summer sun dress with teal and white stripes - in January, but...) Generally, I wear something respectful but not black -- to me we are celebrating someone's life. And, because I'm sorting my closet for this week, I'm curious
