It seems to me that Bikeworks is a one-of-a-kind operation, because it is run by a man who, on some level, works as if he’s trying to put himself out of business. If Bruce has his way, everyone who owned a bike would own a good, safe one. They would actively care for it and treat it well. On the off chance that it went “wonky,” instead of wrinkling their noses in confusion and fear, they’d try to figure out what was going on and do something about it.
