Poker
alright i guess ill actaully write something in here. it started last semester, my gay roommate (after his failled attempt to crawl into bed with me) turned on the T.V. and turned it to the travle channle. the world series of poker was on. so since i didnt want to fall asleep in fear of my roommate doing something gay to me, i stayed up and watched it, and i started getting really into it.
for those of you who dont know (even though there are only like 3 or 4 people who read this) the world series of poker plays texas hold 'em. in texas hold 'em you are delt two cards and a total of five cards will eventually be turned up on the table, and you the cards in the middle to make the best hand possible. it goes like this...
delt 2 cards...bet...flop (3 of the 5 cards are turned over so you can see them)...bet...4th cards comes up.... bet again.... 5th card... bet.... then you show your cards to see who has the best hand, best hand wins the pot, or all the money that was bet
and well anyway, a couple of guys told me they wanted to start a poker night here at school, so i got in on it, we have played twice so far, once on monday and one yesterday. and so far im doing great! the first night we played it was only me and two other guys, i took most of Ryan's money and put him out of the game, and took a good amount of Sams stash. yesterday was pretty nice too. played with the same guys and chris (my gay roommate from last semester) i took chris's money. sam lost his to ryan. and i took a bunch of the money that ryan won. so after that prolly confusing and mostlikely boring story. im going to go take a leak cause i woke up about20 minutes ago and havent gone yet. so bye!
