Today's musical rehearsal was not really horrible for me, due to my limited role as "elevator operator," but it really hurt to see my other senior friends so stressed out over the musical. This is my fifth time going through the musical-show process, yet it never seems to get any easier. There are always times when I feel very confused, very out-of-touch with the rest of the world due to being crammed into the auditorium. As if, for a moment or two, the auditorium is the only breathing space left in the world, and the oxygen is being quickly depleted.
But enough of that. I'm happy enough with what I do, and I get a good clear view of what happens on stage, so really I have no complaints.
I'm really disappointed that I haven't studied much for the IB Bio or Econ exams.
I gave tours to prospective campers at Fuller on Saturday, most fulfilled I've been in days.
Long live the king of kindness!
