Spiffy Grinders.
Damn I'm so bored, I could shit. Today turned out to be fuckin' awesome for me though. Mainly because I got my boots in the mail this afternoon. They looked like shit when I pulled them out the box, but I always see great potential in boots. I am a shoe polish fiend. I can turn any piece of crap boots into a great lookin' pair of boots. Give me an hour and I'll have those bad boys sparkling. Here's a before and after pic of my boots.
Seriously, if the guy had shined them up..he could have sold this pair of boots for so much more then I bought them for. I am completely certain of this.
I've got my head in a new book I picked up from the bookstore called "Among The Heroes." It's a book about the passengers and crew on United Flight 93. It goes into the details of their lives before the crash and their families recovery after the crash. I'm having a hard time reading it without feelin' choked up inside. Even with the news now coming out with the passengers never being about to reach the cockpit, I'm still proud of the sacrifice they made. Bah I'm getting weird just talkin' about it.
Well I'm off. I need to get back to work.
