Speechless in Seattle, heh. I still can't believe that this story's been such a hit, or that people have genuinely liked it so much, and I'm worried that I sound too much like Pete, because... honestly? Who really wants to have the mentality of Pete Wentz? But I hope your thought patterns return to normal and... thank you!

Now that the cycle had begun, it fit perfectly, just like he was sure his thigh would, sliding comfortably between Patrick’s and resting there while he slept.

That just...yeah

you're the second person to compliment that line, which I find funny, since I was skeptical about keeping it in there ^_^

(I still adore your icon every friggin' time I look at it)

The image it produces (not just the oh they're laying tangled together) is a strong one, like Pete's vunerability and such

Well, they're not laying together, it's sort of pushing at the fact that even though Pete's just sitting across the room, the distance between him against that wall and him laying there with Patrick is miles and miles across desert. Does that make any sense? GUH. Damn me not making any sense. The point is - he's not on that couch, he's doomed to be the one awake at god-knows-when, watching.

Ooh! I was happy to see this updated. Interesting to see how this is headed.

Just wait for the stars in your eyes to fade (every light burns out eventually, only the stars engulf all of eternity in flame, tearing everything down with them as they die, and leave a lingering blackness in their wake) and you’ll end up looking back on this and wondering what the hell you were seeing all along.

I loved that.

Gordian Knot. That’s what it’s called - the knot that was perfectly impossible to untie. Alexander took out his sword and split the knot in half, so it was declared that he was destined to rule Asia.

wow i just learned about that in class. That's amazing.

And this too. Amazing. So well written, I can't even begin to describe the love i have for it.
or maybe it's just 3 am. could be it.

Shhhh, nooo, do NOT blame it on the sleep deprivation, it makes me look like I write because of sleep deprivation and WE CAN'T LET THEM KNOW THAT I DO!
