We had such an awesome weekend. We left on Thursday and got to Tennessee early friday morning. Friday we hung out at my dads and swam. Tim's mom and boyfriend came up from Mississippi to pick up Scott, Carrie, & Brandon. Friday night we went over to my mom's and had a little get together for Audra's birthday since I missed it on Tuesday. My mom grilled hamburgers and I had her a cake made. It was nice to hang out and just be home. We got Audra picture frames and something that she will need to get some hopefully in the near future. LMAO. Saturday I went garage selling with my mom. Tim had taken Patrick with him over to my dads because he had to change the oil in the Honda. Tim brought Patrick back to me and my mom and I took Patrick swimming. He had a really good time. My mom watched Patrick while Tim and I went to the drive-in. We met Audra and Sam there. We saw The Island and War of the Worlds. They were both pretty good movies. I really liked The Island and I will prolly like to have that on DVD when it comes out. So, Sunday morning we said our goodbyes to my mom and then we headed over to the YMCA to meet my family for the reunion. The reunion was an all day thing but we couldnt stay for very long because we needed to get back on the road. So Tim and Patrick swam and I stuck my feet in since I left my suit at my mom's house. It was nice to see everyone. We got to see Matt and that was really cool. He looks SOOO happy:)
We left the runion at about 230pm then went over to my dad's house for a bit. Janet packed us lunches for the trip and we left their house at about 4pm. The drive back to Virginia didnt seem as long as the drive to Nashville. I think because we left in the day time and we werent dead dog tired. We got to our apartment at 3am.
Tim has decided yesturday that if he doesnt get a signifigant pay raise at his 3 month mark, we are moving back to Nashville. We are not staying here no more than a year no matter how much of a raise he gets. Money is not more important that happiness. Right now, we have 3 jobs between us and I think we will be OK with money. I am just anxious to go back to the south so that we will be with our family and friends. I know that soon Tim and I will find where we really belong and we will be the happiest we have ever been.
