More death, more questions

By now we’ve all seen the video of Michael T. Slager, the police officer in North Charleston, S.C., shooting and killing Walter L. Scott as Scott ran away from the officer. Just this evening, I saw the video three times in the first 15 minutes of the NBC Nightly News broadcast. How many times have you seen it?

Should video of a man being shot to death be treated like a sports highlight-shown over and over?

And what if Scott had been white instead of black-would the video of the cop shooting him in the back be airing as much as it is now?
