David Frost and Richard "When the president does it, that means that it is not illegal" Nixon
My Time-Warner Cable home page's top story this morning was the death of journalist David Frost. Accompanying a photo of Frost and Richard Nixon was the headline David Frost was known in United States for hostporic interview with Richard Nixon.
Because "hostporic" seems to be an adjective, just like "historic" is, and if the root of "historic" is "history," it seems the root word of "hosporic" must be "hostpor."
Yep, Frost could bring the hostpor, all right.
