I thought I had high speed, but that is only on the 5th floor. I have made several entries throughout the day and just saved them on the computer. So here they are.

Well, I haven’t been able to update because I am not on the floor with internet. So I am going to type up the entries and then upload them later. It’s about 8:40 in the morning now. They have had stuff flowing through me since some time last night. It’s kind of hard to keep up with time when you can’t stay awake. It was an alright night. My I.V. pumps kept on going off. It’s weird because the port doesn’t really hurt anymore. The part that hurts the worst is the sinus drainage I am getting. The chocolate milk is good…lol. This laptop doesn’t have very good sound. Oh well. I haven’t felt any of the side effects from the chemo yet either. I don’t know if that is good or bad. Well in my book, it’s good. I wish I had the internet. It’s time for some CS. But I guess I’ll have to settle for C&C Generals.

I thought I was going to be able to hook up to the internet at an empty nurse’s station, but it wouldn’t pick up for some odd reason. I think it might be the cable so mom said she would pick me up a shorter, better one from the store. I wish I could get on and post. My step-dad said he would bring his wireless card tomorrow to see if I could pick up a Wi-Fi signal. I think that there is a WAP right outside my door. I hope it is. Well they’re here to check my vitals; they do that every 4 hours. I think it’s almost time to start another round of the Ifosfamide. The other chemo they give me runs for 48 hours strait. That’s called Adriamycin and they started it last night around 9:30. It’s about 3:15. I am pretty bored. They said that I have been doing well with the chemo. They said that with most people’s first dose of Ifosfamide that they usually get sick. I haven’t felt sick yet. But it’s not over yet either. I am still getting used to this laptop keyboard. I hope that the new cable will fix the internet problem. Some little girl brought me a teddy bear today, it’s kind of cute. Lol. So yeah now I am just sitting here trying to pass the time. These entries are really grammatically correct. That bothers me. I am typing these in Word (Death to Micro$oft!), so what bothers me more, the extremely correct grammar and spelling, or the little red, blue, and green squiggly lines. I think it’s the squiggly lines. Oh well. I reckon I’ll post more later on.

Ray and Mom still aren’t back so I haven’t tried the internet again yet. They brought up food, but I’m not too hungry right now. I sure have drunk a lot today. I’m drinking too much Sunkist. I am already out of shape. Lol. I need some allergy medicine. I’ll tell the nurse next time she comes through. Well there I start beeping again. I think my Adriamycin is almost out. But she said the machine is very finicky. My neck is sore where they put the wire guide down. The people here are nice. If you are every badly injured, this is the place to be. I feel kind of bad because I can get up and about, but everything is brought to me. I feel spoiled. Oh well. Dang, I forgot to ask for some allergy medicine. Well guess what? Christmas is in a week! Yup, and that’s when my white blood cell counts will be at the lowest. I’m beeping again. Lol. They think the needle is too short. I have a ½ in. needle in me. They said that they usually use a 1 in. needle on the older kids. Oh well. She went to go get me some Tylenol Cold & Sinus. Hopefully that will help. I kind of want some ice cream. It makes me throat feel better. If it weren’t for being so boring, it wouldn’t be half bad. I’m just a little on the bored side. I’ll post again when I get bored of other things or if something interesting happens.

Well, about 10 min ago they had to re-stick me in my port. It kept on moving around. It was very painful. This is coming from the idiot that stayed awake through a needle biopsy. Now I have my chocolate milk and I am getting some curly fries and cheese sticks from Arby’s. Heath’s computer has AOL so I am on that right now. I guess I am about to upload all of this stuff…
Good Night.
