Yeah i know...its been a while. So let me fill you in. I didnt feel really good Christmas Eve. Then on Christmas morning i didnt feel good but i continued with festivities. That night i came home from my Grandparent's house early to do my shots. When i did, I started sweating and everything started spinning. It wasnt cool. So i took my temp, and it was 102.7, oor something like that. Anyways it was over 101, and when it gets to 101, i have to call Childrens Hospital in B'Ham and tell them. They said go to the Emergency room at your local hospital and get blood cultures done. Well I did that. And they kept me. Turned out i have a staff infection and i have been on anti-biotics since i got here. Well everything was hunky-dory until New Year's morning around 2 o'clock when they were supposed to dtart the next round of meds. They go to hook me up and they couldnt flush or get a return on my port. So they said it could be anything from a misplaced needle to a kinked hose going from the port to the vein it runs to. So now I am still here after being here since Christmas night and i am waiting for my nurse to try and re-access my port. Hopefully she can get it. But i still have 3 days of anti-biotics to go and i go back to childrens on thursday. I am sorry if there are any typos. I am on dial up. Not just any dial up...i dont even have a full 56k modem. 28.8k, You cant compete...so shut up. And i am not sure if AIM will work on this laptop. (Brand New Original Pentium!) I did some math last night and if this beast is a 133 (which is the highest original Pentiums went to i think), compared to the new 3.6ghz proccessors that are out, the new ones are over a 2000% increase...need i say more? So i reckon i'll post again if i feel like waiting an hour for it to sign on again. If not...it will probably be the weekend before i am back online.
