Rating: PG-13
Disclaimer:I do not own Darkwing Duck or Buffy the Vampire Slayer or any of their related characters. Darkwing Duck belongs to Disney, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer belongs to Joss Whedon. Also, I don't own the images used in the art. All is done for fun, not profit.
Summary: When a demon sends Buffy Summers into another dimension, she finds herself in for a bit of a shock. St. Canard finds themselves with another hero to fight by Darkwing Duck's side... and Negaduck is determined to find the city her evil opposite. Nonship for my sanity.
Notes: I wrote this for NaNoWriMo 2011, and I do have a sequel planned that I intend to start writing very, very soon. Here's hoping that you enjoy. And this fic has been posted on my journal here for a little bit now, but I was recently introduced to the idea of a masterpost for chaptered fics. I thought, well there's a smart idea. Thus... masterpost.

Note: I thought I'd add these to the masterpost to my chaptered fics, so everyone can see what songs inspired the story.
- "Afterlife," by Avenged Sevenfold: The song was suggested to me on a forum after the person having read nothing but the description to this work. It fit so well it became the theme to this piece, in a way. By the way, Avenged Sevenfold is apparently the Official Unofficial Band of this series, since I have found a song for all the stories I have planned in this series thus far.
- "99 Problems," by Jay-Z: I didn't really listen to this one, but it did inspire a chapter title. So it makes the cut.
- "Beautiful Girl," by Broken Iris: I listened to this one during a very particular chapter. It totally fit the scene.
- "E.T.," by Katy Perry: I don't know why, but the beat and a handful of the lyrics always stuck with me while I was writing this.
- "When You're Evil," by Voltaire: This was my theme for the villains, Negaduck and NegaBuffy.
- "Make Me Wanna Die," by The Pretty Reckless: Because I think a lot of the characters felt this way during the course of the story.
